Nestled amidst picturesque woodlands, crops, and tranquil meadows, Brook Meadow offers a truly idyllic camping and caravanning experience. Our spacious grounds surrounding the lake feature grass lakeside pitches, and 16 electric pitches, many with hard standing and ample space.

For added privacy and comfort, we've divided up the camping field with 300 meters of hedging to create cosy camping areas with and without electric hook up.  An organic play area sits in the centre with grassy mounds, playhouses and fallen trees for imaginative play and a perfect meet up place for children.

We are a children and dog friendly site, accommodating
families to camp together in groups no larger than 6 pitches.
Fire pits and wood are available to hire and purchase from our onsite shop.
Enjoy the convenience of our thoughtfully designed facilities, including a fully equipped communal kitchen with fridges and freezers, making life a little easier when camping with us.

To ensure a harmonious stay for all, we require a refundable good-behavior bond of £50 per pitch. This deposit is automatically refunded 48 hours after your departure, provided there are no issues. Please familiarise yourself with our site rules below before booking.

For an unforgettable experience, explore our farm tours and egg-collecting adventures, led by our farmer owner, Jasper, and his wife, Mary. We also offer exclusive discounts on a variety of activities including  hot air ballooning gliding and more.

  • Please do not leave any waste that requires disposal at the tip such as old tent poles
  • No generators please
  • Please be respectful to others by leaving the bathrooms clean. Please do not flush baby wipes down the toilets as this creates hellish blockages

  • No camping within 6-meter band of lakeside edge
  • No wild swimming

  • All guests to be respectful to others. If anyone's behaviour is detrimental to the enjoyment or safety of others please let us know so that we may deal with it appropriately
  • During the daytime you can expect to hear occasional noises associated with a working farm, and the sound of gunshots or quad bikes if Avalanche Adventure have an event on. We also run a shoot on the farm, which goes hand-in-hand with wildlife conservation and the plantation of all the woodland, providing ground cover for the game.  Some guests may prefer not to be here on a Thursday during a shoot, which is from 9am - 2pm during the season 1st Oct - 1st Feb. You may hear the police helicopter as they are stationed nearby in Sulby and are sometimes active at night
We are a family-orientated site and our rules and behaviour bond are intended to ensure everyone feels safe with a mutual respect, enjoys the magic of camping and the tranquility of the site.
