Please note: Prices below are for the campsite hire only and do not include the secret woodland wedding venue; this is available to book separately or in addition to the Brook Meadow Site.

Flexible Hire Options That Work Around You
We offer two convenient hire packages to suit your plans: a Monday to Thursday midweek option (4 nights), and a Friday to Sunday (3nights) weekend option. These timings reflect our usual guest booking patterns, giving you plenty of time to set up before your special event and clear down after, without the stress of rushing.
With all camping and glamping accommodation included in your site hire, you’re free to invite friends and family to stay and charge them what you wish, helping you offset your costs while creating an unforgettable shared experience.

Bookings need to be made a minimum of 6 months ahead with a non-refundable deposit on booking. Bank holiday dates are not available.

Important Information:

Optional Lakeside Wedding Extras:

• Servicing a bar - no charge. (It is also fine for your to run your own bar at your own costs)
• Assurance there will be no clay shooting or quad biking nearby with Avalanche Adventure £500,  (they can ensure no noise for a 1 hour window with no charge to suit the time of ceremony)
• ​Wedding planning meetings with Claire and the Site warden to plan technical and logistical issues.
• Clear up after your wedding - you are responsible for the clear up. Any further clearing required by us will come from your deposit​
• ​Access to our list of preferred suppliers.
• ​Catering- we can help you find a caterer but you organise this direct
• Photographer - we can help you find a photographer but you deal with them direct 
• Anything else you can imagine... Ask us and we will let you know if we can make it happen!

​The hire price is set up with a monday to Thursday 4 night midweek option or a Friday to Sunday Weekend option to reflect th enromal booking pattern of our guests. this means you can have time at the site setting up and gettign ready as well as time for hte clear up without rushing ether end of your special day.  With the accommodation camping and glamping included you are able then to charge your friends and family what you liek for their stays which helps reduce the costs for you
