Brook Meadow would not be what it is, without its dedicated team who are always available to help you; Claire heads up the team, taking care of the business direction and the creative side of things from photography and web design to building projects and interiors, backed up by a fabulous team that feel like an extension to the family. Sarah, Debbie, Jo, Karen and Lindsey work from the office providing fantastic customer service ensuring your needs are met with a personal approach. Our site maintenance is covered by a husband and wife team in Nick and Sarah who are always on hand to ensure that if anything is broken, it is not broken for long and everything is kept ship shape and clean. Steve puts the stripes into our camping field mowing with his military precision. Phil and Nick carry out the fishing bailiff duties between them. Our housekeepers Karen C and Kat ensure the glamping and lodges are spotless for new arrivals. We have very high standards of cleanliness due to these fabulous individuals. Karen H is our in-house accountant and Nicola looks after our HR.

A family business at the heart, Mary and Jasper are still very much involved enjoying interacting with guests, with the egg collecting experience and farm tours they both enjoy sharing their knowledge with little ones and grown-ups alike. Jolyon also gets involved from time to time, modelling in photos and selecting pocket-money type shop stock items that will appeal to the younger guests.
