This summer, we’re dialling up the wellness and the wow factor with a brand-new collaboration that blends Scandinavian spa culture with English countryside charm. We’re thrilled to welcome the Wild Sauna Club to Brook Meadow for 11 curated weekends of lakeside sauna experiences – a boutique wild spa escape like no other.
Nestled in nature, styled by Claire, and set beside our shimmering lake, this is not just a sauna – it’s an immersive, soul-soothing sanctuary for guests of Brook Meadow and members of the Wild Sauna Club.

The Wild Spa Experience
Your session includes:
Day visitors to Brook Meadow for sauna sessions will also need to check in and pay a £4 site fee at reception.
- 60 minutes of guided contrast therapy: heat in the sauna, followed by cool-down options in filtered cold plunge baths, a watering can shower or breezy lakeside lounging
- A gentle, welcoming space, this is about tuning into your body, not pushing limits
- Connection: with nature, with others, and with yourself

Designing Brook Meadow’s Wild Spa Escape
It all started with the hotel spa–quality washrooms. From the moment guests step inside, they’re met with a level of comfort and attention to detail that’s more five-star retreat than traditional campsite. Our washrooms redefine campsite comfort with soft lighting, spacious rain showers, and elegant, high-end finishes. Designed to feel more like a luxury retreat than the outdoors, every detail invites relaxation — even in life’s simplest moments.

From Lake Como to Brook Meadow: A Designer’s Touch
When I imagine choosing a hotel by Lake Como, I’d chose the one with the dreamiest view of course but what else would be a deal maker: it would be the one with prettiest parasols and the most inviting loungers! So when Laura and I decided to bring The Wild Sauna Club to Brook Meadow, I knew I wanted to create something extra special and authentic to Brook Meadow luxury camping, a little slice of lakeside luxury. Laura’s sauna experience is beautifully grounded in nature and wellbeing and I’ve absolutely loved complementing it through design touches, joyful colour and pattern, to create that feeling of complete indulgence. It’s a collaboration I’m so excited about.
The parasols were naturally going to need deep fringes and these handmade Indonesian ones were just the ticket. Graphic artists, Peagreen created gorgeous floral designs with colours just for us to tie in with our logo, (also created by Peagreen), and just look at the results - vibrant bespoke floral sun loungers sitting under the prettiest of umbrellas!! On a warm day, stretch out on a sun lounger by the glistening lake and let yourself drift into a sense escape, a moment of pure serenity that perfectly complements the revitalising benefits of the sauna experience.
