what's on
Start the day with mindful yoga, a nature walk and a visit to the garden café. More activities, talks, and demonstrations follow for all the family to enjoy, complemented with amazing seasonal and locally produced food and drinks. There will be plenty of free things to do during the day, but if you want to experience a workshop or treatment, these will be available to book in advance for an additional fee.
The day will close with an acoustic sunset music set, wood-fired pizza and a camp cocktail bar.
Here is a taster of the activities we have planned already. We are still working to add some additional collaborators, so watch this space and our social media for the full line-up.
Workshops and experiences will be available to book in April, so you can book ahead and relax knowing that your day is full of amazing experiences.

Rewilding yourself through mindful experiences
All the experiences selected for the day draw on nature, and the wellbeing benefits that can be gained from immersing ourselves within it. The process of working with our hands, learning new techniques, and becoming open to new ideas and possibilities can make us more engaged with our minds and our bodies. As we become absorbed in the process of making, listening, seeing and tasting, with the space to explore your creativity and the natural world around us, we hope you will feel inspired and invigorated by your stay with us on this special weekend.

what's included and what costs extraAll our wonderful hosts and collaborators will provide the opportunity to attend free workshop taster sessions, talks and activities, so you can enjoy plenty of things to do on the day that are included in your ticket.
There will also be the opportunity to take part in some more in-depth experiences or treatments, which will have an additional fee. You will be able to sign up for these and pay in advance. For example, a 30-minute reflexology talk will take place to be attended in pairs, but if you would like a personal one-to-one treatment in Carly's relaxation tent, you can book and pay for that session separately. HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR WORKSHOPS AND ACTIVITIES?You can sign up to the workshops and experiences in advance of the weekend using an online event booking system, available from April. We will email all guests with a link to the workshops and experiences as soon as the final line-up is confirmed. It may be that you will need to sign up for free activities as well as paid ones, so that the hosts are able to provide a wonderful and intimate experience. An itinerary of costs and timings will soon be available. Keep following us on our socials so you don't miss out.
