Whether you're planning a family get together or a few days away with friends, we have a wide variety of accommodation on offer with something to suit everyone in a large party.
Large Group bookings

If you book all our accommodation on offer you can sleep up to 34 people. You may also like to mix and match your accommodation to suit everyone's needs in your party. Two of our lodges are dog friendly; some people may be happy camping with or without electric, whilst the princess in your party can stay under luxury canvas in one of our safari-themed glamping tents. We also have our newly decked-out cosy Nuthatch cabin for fair weather campers which sleeps 4. Our dinky vintage airstream is perfect for a couples stay. The tables below clarify the numbers that can be accommodated.
All pitches are to pay a refundable good behaviour bond of £50/pitch/stay. We accept groups up to and including 8 pitches. In groups, behaviour bonds are treated as one so it is in your interests to ensure the whole of your party abide by our rules. Located in the midlands we are also perfectly located for friends and family living in different parts of the country to meet up. |
We also offer entire site hire if you have a big event like a wedding to host. Hiring the site includes all the accommodation on site over a minimum period of three days. Hiring the whole site also means you don't have to moderate your behaviour as you won't be upsetting other guests.
We do not allow group bookings above 8 pitches to book during a normal weekend alongside other guests. If you are planning a big party with loud music or a stag/hen do this will not be permitted as it does not align with the peace and tranquillity of the setting other guests wish to enjoy. All guests pay a damages deposit. These refundable deposits are to ensure your experience is protected and any monetary gain from deposits retained are donated to charity. Please consider carefully if the 10pm quiet rule suits you if you are planning to get together as a group. Whilst you'll be able to stay up late outside chatting around a firepit quietly be aware you must quieten down from 10pm and be aware of families wanting their little ones to get a good nights sleep. |
