Jasper's Farm Tours
Book a farm tour and enjoy a bumpy ride in a 4x4 with our infamous Jasper! This tour offers a unique opportunity to explore the farm, delve into our family history, learn about conservation efforts, and discover both traditional and modern responsible farming methods. The tour is priced at £5 per adult and £3 per child, with a minimum group charge of £20. All children must be accompanied by an adult for safety. Tours are available from Easter to September on weekends, and the 4x4 can comfortably seat up to 6 guests. If you would like to book your tour, please ask at reception!

The farm is home to 12 special breed hens, carefully selected by Mary for their hardiness and temperament. These hens enjoy free-range access to a large paddock and are fed a balanced diet, including a therapeutic afternoon corn treat that keeps them happily engaged.
Take a guided walk through Mary and Jasper's kitchen garden, where you can guess the different fruit and vegetables and sample fresh herbs. Interact with our friendly hens by feeding them, touching their soft feathers, and collecting their eggs while learning about their care and how to keep them safe from Mr. Fox.
If you’d like to experience the joy of collecting eggs from our happy hens with your children, please let us know a day in advance, and we’ll arrange it for you. A booking fee of £2.50 is required, which covers the cost of the eggs you can take home with you. If Jasper is available, you may even have the chance to sit on a tractor, adding an extra layer of fun to your farm experience!

Yoko also runs a cookery course from her home in nearby Theddingworth, perfect for a girls day out. Please understand they may already have bookings so we recommend you book well in advance of your stay.
