Skylark is pet friendly so your pooch can holiday with you in luxury. With a spacious layout this is our largest lodge with two separate bathrooms, a generous living space and uniquely Brook Meadow Scandinavian decor. It boasts our best-equipped kitchen with washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a breakfast bar in addition to the dining table seating 6.  The pastel decor is joyful and fresh with contemporary design that can't fail to lift your spirit. Warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, this lodge provides the perfect escape for those seeking a balance of peace, privacy, and the finer touches of luxury.

Rules & Rates

• Sleeps 4 people in beds. ​​         
• Master bedroom: Kingsize.
• Twin room: 2 x single.
• Living room: sofa bed to sleep 2 at additional £18/per person per night. 
• Pets charged at £12 per night per pet.
• 3 nights minimum stay at weekends.
• Check in after 4pm.  (Early check in maybe possible by arrangement with small charge).
• Check out by 10am. (Late check out maybe possible by arrangement with small charge).​
• Pricing is seasonal and varies with the size of the lodge and length of stay. 

• Heating, electricity, WiFi, linen, towels and fishing pass are included.
• ​Tea towel, cleaning cloth, scourer sponge, washing up liquid,  2 dishwasher tablets salt and pepper, 1 toilet roll & 1 bathroom hand towel are provided
• Fishing rules must be adhered to, which includes having your own equipment to meet good standards for the welfare of the fish and a fishing licence.  Please fish the easterly side of the lake.
• £200 booking deposit per lodge payable on booking.
• Balance due 6 weeks in advance of stay including refundable £180 damages deposit. Long stay guests may be asked for a larger deposit to reflect the length of stay.
