Camping & Caravanning Terms & Conditions

All visitors must report to reception
Dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead at all times and picked up after
BBQs are permitted
Fires are allowed in fire pits only
No persons under the age of 18 unless accompanied by parent
Quiet after 10pm
Check in after 12noon
Depart by 11:30am on electric hook ups and grass pitches
Late check out possible by arrangement
Please keep to 5 miles per hour (walking pace) when driving to ensure safety of children and pets

Lodge Terms and Conditions

All lodges sleep 4 people in beds
Master bedroom: Kingsize
Twin room: 2 x single
Living room: sofa bed to sleep 2 in Woodpecker and Skylark. Additional £15/per person per night
Pets charged at £5/night per pet (skylark only)
3 nights minimum stay
Check in after 4pm. (Early check in possible by arrangement)
Check out by 10am
Pricing is seasonal and varies with the size of the lodge and length of stay.
Heating, electricity, WiFi, linen, towels and fishing pass are included
Fishing rules must be adhered to, which includes having your own equipment to meet good standards for the welfare of the fish and a fishing licence. Please fish the easterly side of the lake
£180 deposit per lodge payable on booking
Total payment due 6 weeks in advance of stay

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Lodge prices are seasonal; therefore the intended months must be specified and additional charges accepted if the recipient wishes to stay during a more expensive month.
If it's not possible to specify a date when purchasing a lodge voucher, please understand that the pricing may vary from the initial cost of the voucher unless bought for peak season.
Any price difference can be settled upon booking or confirming dates with us.
Vouchers are subject to availability, unless specific dates are pre booked with the voucher.
With the exception of lodges all prices are based on 2 people, unless specified when purchasing the voucher. Additional persons and pets can be added or any remaining balance due to unplanned extras can be settled upon checking in at reception.

Fishing Terms & Conditions

Fishing licence required
Fishing exclusively for guests staying on our site. No day trip fishing permitted
Fishing passes available at reception or from the fishing bailiff, Nigel on pitch CP2 /L2 near the fishing lodge
Fishing membership cards or fishing passes to be with you during fishing. You may be asked to leave if you have not paid to fish
No keep nets permitted
Barbless hooks only
Minimum 8lb lines
Large landing nets required
Carp unhooking mats to be used
Children fishing under 14 years to be supervised at all times
Syndicate members may fish the entire lake
Non syndicate fishing is marked out to be the easterly side of the lake
No bivvies to be left unattended overnight
Please take your littler home or place in bins provided
£8/day fishing
£4/junior day fishing under 14's
£12/night /24 hour fishing
Fishing is included for Lodge and Glamping guests, on the easterly side of the lake

Fishing Syndicate Terms & Conditions

If you enjoy our fishing why not consider becoming a syndicate member and benefit from all the privileges such as exclusive access to the westerly side of the lake, ability to bring a guest and the added comfort of our washroom facilities and fishing lodge. We are currently fully subscribed but you could request to join the waiting list for April 2019. The cost for 2019 will be £195/year.
Syndicate Privileges include:
Fishing of the entire lake with exclusive access to the westerly half of the lake
Fishing available all year round
Heated fishing lodge open all year round equipped with toilet and shower facilities, a microwave, kettle, fridge, sink, table and chairs for all members to use
Members may bring one paying guest so you can enjoy fishing with your partner, a friend or a family member

Please adhere to the fishing rules listed above
Syndicate guest fishing £10 for 24 hours
Syndicate guest's bivvy £18/night, (normal camping charges apply - see camping rules and rates)
Syndicate junior guest under 8-12 years of age £4
Syndicate infant guest up to inc 7 years - free
Fishing membership cards or guest fishing passes to be with you during fishing. You may be asked to leave if you have not paid to fish.
Family groups are not permitted to the syndicate area but they are welcome to fish on the easterly half of the lake open to campers and you can fish with them there.
Only army green bivvys or shelters permitted.
