Brook Meadow offers a stunaramic lakeside wedding venue with unique and beautiful views for a perfect wedding back drop and stunning wedding photography.

The area is suitable for a lakeside tepee, sail or stretch tent, (to be provided by the wedding party). Tepees offer intimate spaces for guests to mingle, their wooden construction suits the natural setting and offers a perfect vehicle to drape lights, greenery and decoration. Sail tents and stretch tents offer the capacity to seat large numbers and can be tailored to the setting to open up and frame a view of the lake with clear or open sides. There are so many imaginative and creative ways to personalise your wedding tent so you really can create a bespoke wedding to reflect your personalities.

We understand that weddings are a stressful yet exciting time in a person's life. You are planning one of the most important days you will ever have and you want it to not only be unforgettable for you... but for your guests as well!! Fittingly our site boasts three beautiful self-catering lodges, safari glamping, a lakeside cabin, airstreaming, camping and caravanning to cater for you and your guests to stay onsite. You will be able to invite your guests to stay for the weekend with exclusive use of the entire site. Your guests will have the freedom to enjoy themselves, without the hassle of arranging transport for the end of the night or even the next day, meaning they can simply party, chill or chat into the early hours of the morning and drop off as they please, in a cosy, relaxing space, all to themselves.
We also have shower and washroom facilities and ironing equipment ensuring your guests will be able to prepare for the glamour of the big day. |

You are free to charge your guests for their stay if you feel it appropriate. Prices for site hire vary with mid to high season with mid-week reductions. Weekend prices range depending on the time of year. |

Position:
You will be able to position your tent next to the lake to create a stunning backdrop for your guests to enjoy and also you'll be able to take dramatic photos. |
Tipi or Sail Tent Hire:
We have partnered with Elite tents who offer both tipi and sail cloth tents and have 13 years of experience to ensure your wedding set-up goes without a hitch. |
Glamping Village Hire:
We have partnered with my Canvas Club who will set up a glamping village for your guests if you wish. |
Sweetheart Nannies:
Sweetheart nannies can be booked to come and entertain your little sweethearts on your special day. They aim to provide you with the best possible care and reassurance keeping your little guests entertained with age-appropriate activities close by. They provide a full range of toys, books, games and craft activities for all age groups from newborn up to 12 years. They will ensure all routines are kept to and any special needs are taken into account. Parents are welcome to come and play too! |
Pet Friendly:
Our site is pet friendly with two lodges allowing dogs also, so you can enjoy your day with your four legged friends. |
Services:
With electricity and washrooms available on site you will save on the cost of a generator and washroom facilities. |
Our hat tipi bar is available for hire and we can provide a bar service too if you wish.

I would like to thank all those at Brook Meadow for making our wedding day a truly spectacular event. Held in the September it was the most perfect country wedding setting we could’ve hoped for. We had a full-sized, traditional marquee on site and the addition of the lake and the surrounding fields allowed the photo opportunities to be breathtaking.
